In the year 2000, abnormal high-school students began to appear around the world. Tests were done on these students, and they were using more than 10% of their brains. Some using over 50%. The students who did this, had extraordinary powers and they could do amazing things. Blue Lake High was designed for these students, to learn how to control their abilities. The Government noticed this happening, and decided they wanted to mimic what was happening. They started observing the students, even doing experimental research on them. When the government felt that they had received enough information, they began to test on normal high-school students, and the results were disastrous. Those Studens now serve as a danger to all of man-kind. They are known as Rogues. |
