So, students can have jobs along with every other thing that entwines their lives.
A glass squeaked as a towel was rubbed on the inside to dry it. Cleaning glasses and taking drink orders, was actually something this boy enjoyed. Sure he wasn’t eighteen quite yet, but he seemed to have won the owner over with his great charm. Ode finished and set the glass behind the counter. Of course he would rather be on the dance floor of this club, but he couldn’t complain. Aside from school he pretty much lived there. His job was to work the bar, and sell drinks to people.
Ode let out a small sigh. “In just a few days I will be able to work in the bar legally. I love being able to bend the rules,” He muttered to himself. So far nothing interesting had happened that night. Hopefully he wouldn’t have to use his ability to stop anything bad from happening.
After wiping down the bar he tossed the rag in the sink. “That’ll be fine,” He once again muttered to himself. If there was one thing he loved, he loved the music this club offered. If he wasn’t at school or working, sure enough you could find him on the dance floor. Occasionally you might find his brother there, though he isn’t important. As of now, Ode did his normal routine.
Nothing interesting, as of yet, had happened for this illegal bar tender.

Jason had easily talked his way into the club even though he was a few years under age. He looked around at a the normal people that still lived and the city and came here to play. Pathetic He thought. Did they know how did they know how meaningless their lives where with out this ability.
He pushed his way threw the crowds of people, after all Jason wasn't one for kindness. The people where all most older then him, not a face he knew among them. He knew that the people he knew would never be caught with the normals.
He found a table sitting in the back, it was empty and it would serve his purpose for now. After taking a quick look around he slide into the booth and his fingers drummed on the table top. He didn't know why he was here tonight, he just wanted to get away. His mind felt like it was going to explode, the constant thinking was now starting to take over. He felt like he was going to lose control again, and he couldn't do he needed to remain in control. He needed to calm himself, somehow. The area around him became colder and colder until ice begin to form over the surface of the booth.

Something caught Ode's eye out of the left corner. Was that ice? No it couldn't possibly...Yes it was! Well this night would certainly be interesting.
The bar tender made his way to Jason's booth. He didn't want to draw attention to himself, still he knew attention would quickly be drawn. The boy cleared his throat. "Is everything alright over here?" He questioned suspiciously.
His ocean eyes scanned over the figure who was most certainly causing the little ice problem.

Jason's pale blue eyes opened in a flash as he looked at Ode. Was he talking to him? Yes, he was, what made this good for nothing bar tender think he could talk to him. He had came to the table away from everyone to be alone. Was he so stupid he couldn't see that?
Jason's fingers stopped drumming and a dark smile crossed his face. He could fell the anger slowly getting stronger and he wasn't going to be able to stop himself. He didn't look away from the man for a second.
The ice all around suddenly shattered into hundreds of tiny little pieces. Jason tried to stop himself, but it was already to late he was already to far in. The rouge mutant stood up and pushed past the bartender. He slowly made his way across the dance for when someone bumped into him.
Within an instant Jason the man was surrounded in ice that was knee high. Everyone eyes now seemed to be looking at the young teen.

Ode's eyes widened. "Great...now look what I have to clean up," He muttered to himself.
With that aside the 'ice boy' had pushed him aside and was now threatening another human being. That poor innocent man hadn't done anything wrong, and quite frankly...Ode wouldn't have it. Not tonight...not with him on the job.
"Hey! Pause!" He yelled holding his hand up. With that...everyone in the club, except Jason and himself, were paused in time.
"Just who the Hell do you think you are?" He asked rudely. "I don't know what's going on...but you don't seem alright. Can I help you?" Sure...even if rude this brunette tired to help.

"Hey! Pause!"
Jason looked around as everything stopped, what was this? Everyone around him stopping moving within a blink of an eye. Jason was confused but only for a second when someone started talking. A gift? Yes that explained it a gift that could control time. A smile crossed his face as he studied the older boy.
"Just who the Hell do you think you are?" He asked rudely. "I don't know what's going on...but you don't seem alright. Can I help you?" Sure...even if rude this brunette tired to help.
"Me I'm no one," He replied "You can help me by letting me keep doing what I was doing, And minding your own damn business."

"That arrogant tone of yours is going to get you into trouble. There's also the fact that, I don't like it." He paused, "I will not let you continue what you're doing. You're lucky I didn't freeze you aswell!" The german shot back. "I'll ask you again. Who are you?"
Ode smirked himself. "You're unstable...aren't you?" For Ode...he was born with his powers. Even though it took him a bit to control his and to find his ability, it was natural. In fact his brother even had a gift. He cautiously approached the spazing teen. His stance didn't change, however. He still held his head high and he stood straight.
He didn't like Jason...he didn't like him one bit.

"Didn't I already tell you I was no one, dumb ass." He replied.
"Unstable" The world stayed in his mind for a few seconds. He wasn't unstable he was perfectly normally, wasn't he? He cracked his knuckles he wasn't liking this guy one bit. Jason didn't chose this for himself he was forced into it, but he soon became used to the ability he was given. And for the first time in his life he felt wanted, the government really did need him and they was the only people that needed him.
Jason smirked as the older boy walked closer "You got a problem?" he asked.

Jason smirked as the older boy walked closer "You got a problem?" he asked.
"Ja, I have a problem with you. I don't appriciate you coming in here and making an uproar of things. You have no right to hurt that man," Ode pointed to the one that had bumped into Jason.
"Don't you even think of trying to pick a fight with me. It is not going to go well." He added.
Who did this boy think he was? Ode certainly hadn't wanted a fight. All he wanted was for Jason to calm down. But...I guess if this was how he was going to end it...he would. It was such a good thing his brother had trained him...and that he was flexible.

Amandine poked her head into the club. She was continuing her sweep of her, sort of, new home. This place, though it didn't look like a place that she would enjoy herself, was still part of her home.
Her chocolate eyes peered around and grew wide in shock. -Perfect time for me to pop in,- she thought biting her lip, -Just in time for a fight.-
She growned. "You shouldn't be fighting," she called in taking a small stop inward as she spoke, "It's not right." This was a bit awkward for her; however, normally, she was a passive person. Amandine bit her lip again.

Jason turned around to see a girl moving, she must have just entered the club he told himself. What was this any of her damn business. He opened his hand and a storm of ice flew from his hand at the girl. That would keep her in place, or so he hoped. He turned back to the older boy and smiled and slung his hand out towards him.
This time instead of a normal ice storm blowing out of them 5 long spikes one for each finger went flying at the boy. Jason had enough of talking, now he was going to fight. Not knowing whether or not any of the spikes hit he closed his fist. Slowly his body started to cover itself in ice.

Amandine let out a high pitched scream as Jason threw the ice storm at her. Instinctively she raised up her hand and set a jet of fire streaming forth from her raised palm.
The fire hit the ice in midair and melted the shards. Her eyes darted over to where the bartender stood, and, without wondering if he needed help, Amandine sent another stream of fire at the ice being shot toward Ode.

Aqua eyes fluttered to the girl. She seemed innocent and sweet. Quiet too. He did not wan her in danger, but that was highly unlikely, since a storm of ice was headed her direction. In any sense, Ode did not atempt to save the girl. She could take care of herself. Fire shot from her hands as she saved herself...and attempted to save him. Unfortunately...her fire didn't hit the spikes. To his advantage and his lazyness, he paused the stream of fire.
His attention redirected towards Jason.
Ode just smirked, his hands in his trench coat pokets. Within inches, the ice spikes stopped. The german took the spikes inbetween his fingers and then threw them swiftly back at the younger boy.
"Don't you even try," He mocked.

Amandine bit her lip at the sight of her flames frozen in midair. "S-s-sorry," she stuttered. Her chocolate eyes fluttered between the boys hastily. "P-please don't do this. Whatever the reason you're mad at each other, it's probably an idiotic reason," she tried again, "Fighting is pointless and won't solve any of your problems."
She began to slowly walk toward the two boys. "Don't fight. Talk things over. Reconcile your differences. After all, by the looks of it, we're all in the same boat here," she said.

Ode fixed his eyes on the girl. "Don't worry my dear. I'm not fighting because I'm angry. This boy just has a little temper," He assured. "He is trying to hurt some innocent people that's all."
Despite how he acted before, he seemed pleasant. Such a strange one. Polite even while fighting.
